And would you like to work in a world of interior design, art and styling? Then read on! We - Werk aan de Muur - are looking for a new colleague (flexible hours) for our Happy Customer team. We are based in Haarlem and - especially now - also work from home.
The heart of our business
Good customer service is the heart of our business. Every day we passionately sell the most beautiful artworks for your wall. Are you attentive, are you empathetic, do you have good social skills and does your heart beat faster when helping customers? Then we have found each other! A passion for interior and passion is a big plus. Every day you will be busy helping our customers. Our customers contact us by email, phone and chat. Do we still have your attention?
Our enthusiasm is being noticed, because Werk aan de Muur is growing!
You have strong social and communicative skills.
You write and speak good French.
Given our international growth, writing and speaking English is an advantage. (Speaking a bit of Dutch is a double plus!)
You like to think along with your clients.
You are precise, have an eye for detail and you keep yourself busy.
Working with a computer (Mac) and the web is not new to you.
You have experience in online customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
Photoshop experience is a plus.
It's nice when you have an affinity with interior & styling.
Bachelor degree work and thinking level. Or you are still a student and you want the coolest side job in the Netherlands.
