Wroclaw is the fourth largest city in Poland and the capital of Lower Silesia. In 2016, the city is a European Capital of Culture. The Centennial Hall (Hala Stulecia) is a historic building. It was constructed from 1911 to 1913. The Wroc?aw Fountain (Wroc?awska Fontanna), is a multimedia musical fountain and ornamental pond. It is next to the early modernist Centennial Hall, and encircled within the Wroc?aw Pergola.
MELANIE VIOLA - Photodesigner and Artist. The Berlin based artist, Melanie Viola, is drawn to urban landscape and the lines she finds in architecture. Horizontal structures crossed by vertical structures increase the impression of objects and provide a rapid dynamism. Picturesquely active passages, modern colour accents and graphic nuances find a revolutionary combination in her pictures. She is keen to explore opportunities that will allow her to combine photography and art in the way she feels happy with. All artwork is based on her own photographs. In addition to the decorative digital-art images you can also find a lot of urban / landscape / animal and macro pictures in her portfolio. The images are being offered online on canvas and poster, art box, on aluminium backing and under acrylic glass. Furthermore a large variety of calendars and posterbooks are on sale. Plenty of choices you will also have for mobile cases, iPad and iPod cases, greeting cards, adhesive foil, and wallpaper. For more information please have a look at her homepage.
