German speaking customer service colleague
Looking for a new job? We are looking for a new colleague (32 hours min) for our German webshop. Our offices are located in Haarlem and Leipzig. This position is for our Haarlem office.
Awesome customer service is at the core of our company. On a daily basis we help a lot of people (and businesses) to fill their empty walls. And our enthusiasm is being noticed, we are growing! So, we are looking to expand our German customer service team.
Are you pro-active, entrepreneurial, have good social skills, know your way around Photoshop (or want to get better at this) and do you love interior and styling? We have found each other!
For our German webshop (Werk aan de Muur) we are starting up a customer service team in Haarlem. Our Leizpig office is focussed on sales & marketing. We have a 4 person Dutch team and are looking for someone to kickstart our German team from the beautiful city of Haarlem.
On a daily basis you help customers via phone and email. Next to that you make sure that orders are handled with and are sent to our production locations.
Sounds great, right? So in short..
- You are a native German speaker
- You can understand Dutch, and/or want to learn it (we have a 100% dutch team at the moment)
- You are social and communicative
- Working with computers and Photoshop are not an issue
- You love working with customers, and helping them
- You can keep it cool when things get a bit hectic
- Living in the Haarlem region, or are willing to travel
