Fotografie heeft altijd mijn belangstelling gehad. In 2021 ben ik er wat serieuzer werk van gaan maken via opleidingen en workshops. De belangstelling werd een passie. Naast fotoshoots van mensen en dieren maak ik werk voor aan de muur.

Serieus bezig zijn met fotografie betekent bezig zijn met kleuren, compositie, licht en donker, dichtbij of veraf, scherp of onscherp, abstractie of werkelijkheid. Allemaal keuzes om het beeld te maken waar ik als fotograaf mezelf helemaal in kan vinden. Ik hou van die diversiteit ook.

Ik hoop dat je hier een keuze kunt maken om iets moois aan de muur van je woning of kantoor te hangen. Iets waar je naar blijft kijken. Dan ben ik tevreden en ook een beetje trots natuurlijk.

In addition to photographing people and animals, I create images intended for your wall.

Taking photography seriously means working with color, composition, light and shadow, macro photography, focus, and the balance between abstraction and reality. These are all choices involved in creating an image—a diversity I enjoy.

I hope you find something here that looks beautiful on the wall of your home or office—something that keeps drawing your gaze. That will makes me happy, and naturally, a little proud too.
