Concerning photo wallpaper the work of Dutch designer Mariëlle Leenders is unique. The curious combination of photography and design skills results in ‘photodesigns’.
Curious Collections, this is how the label as well as the design and photo studio of Mariëlle Leenders (1974) in Schijndel (Netherlands) is called. Since in 2000 she graduated with distinction at the international renowned Design Academy Eindhoven, this jack-of-all-trades is working as photographer and as concept & product designer. As specialist in photo design for many years, Mariëlle has grown to market leader and trendsetter in this field. On the basis of her own and thus unique photography Mariëlle creates photo designs: lifelike photos of high grade quality that are processed in such a way that they repeat infinitely in a realistic and natural way.
As a professional photographer Mariëlle Leenders makes all her photo's personally in order to subsequently process these on the computer; tailor made, for any desired application. Her photo wallpaper is unique: the patterns continue endlessly and naturally in all directions, upwards, downwards, to the left or to the right.
