Perfecte aftersales en service. Zouden hoop bedrijven anno 2023 nog een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen
Ben helemaal niet van de reviews maar voor nu maak ik daar graag eeb uitzondering voor. Mijn zoon mocht voor zijn 18e verjaardag mooie plaat voor aan de muur uitkiezen. Afmeting 160x40. Alles keurig verpakt en conform afspraak ontvangen. Echter na het ophangen en bij het verwijderen van de folie zat er kleine afwijking op de foto….Minimaal, maar voor iets wat wellicht een leven lang mee reist en je weet het toch hinderlijk. Na dit gedeeld te hebben met klanten service en intern overleg daar was de conclusie: Wij sturen kosteloos een nieuwe foto toe en degene met kleine beschadiging mochten we houden en zelf een andere zinvolle bestemming voor geven, nou dat gaan we zeker doen! Samenvattend: perfecte aftersales en service. Zouden hoop bedrijven anno 2023 nog een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen ;) Dank daaarvoor team werk aan de muur!

Leuk persoonlijk contact als je vragen hebt en je krijgt ook heel snel een reactie. Wij hadden een ‘spoedverzoek’ en dat wat geen enkel punt. Goede service dus! De kwaliteit van het papier is goed en het resultaat in de kamer is een echte metamorfose.

Fantastisch gedetaillerde print in zeer natuurgetrouwe kleuren en dat op akoestisch doek!
Ik heb goede ervaringen met Werkaandemuur. Zowel de laatste als ook de vorige opdrachten zijn prachtig geprint, de lijsten zien er goed uit en het werk wordt heel zorvuldig ingepakt en op tijd verzonden. Het was heel spannend om het object in elkaar te zetten maar het akoestisch doek voldoet helemaal aan onze verwachtingen.
